Gregory Jay White
President and CEO
Greg White has over 22 years of experience in executive management, business development, and sales within the technology industry. He has demonstrated success in all aspects of early-stage company growth, including strategic planning, team building, partnership development and fundraising.
Prior to joining Air-Trak, White was a partner with the Autobahn Consulting Group LLC, a high-tech management consulting firm. Previously, White served as founder and CEO of Kablink, an innovative photo-sharing Web site. He was also founding CEO of TriTeal, an enterprise software company that went public after three private funding rounds. Prior to TriTeal, White worked in various sales management roles at Sun Microsystems, AGE Logic (now NetManage), Apollo Computer, and Hewlett Packard. He has a BSEE degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
Dennis R. Clark

Dennis Clark is co-founder of Air-Trak. He has held executive positions in technology companies for more than 25 years.
Clark is also the founder of Integrated Microwave Corporation (IMC) and has served as president of that organization for 20 years. Prior to founding IMC, Clark was a vice president at KW Engineering, an electronic design and manufacturing firm. Clark has a BS in Accounting from California State University at Long Beach.
Marc A. Bernard

For the past five years, Marc Bernard has led the development of the Air-Trak service. Bernard is an expert in designing and developing applications for distributed computing environments, large-scale project management, wireless communications and the utilization of location technologies.
Over a 25-year career, Bernard has provided expertise and/or developed software products for a variety of organizations including: The United States Army, Air Force, and Navy; General Dynamics Corporation, Honeywell, Loral Corporation, MITRE Corporation, Fujitsu Systems, Intuit, Apple Computer, Microsoft, The University of California, Israeli Aircraft Industries, Tusas Aerospace, and the Government of Taiwan. A computer scientist and an alumnus of the University of California at San Diego, Bernard was a developer of the UCSD Pascal System - one of the first operating systems for microcomputers. Bernard has been awarded several patents.
John E. Major

President MTSG
John Major has held several executive leadership positions at technology companies. He is currently the president of MTSG, a strategic consulting and investment business.
Previously, Major was chairman and CEO of Novatel Wireless, a provider of wireless data access solutions for PDAs and laptops, where he led the company's successful IPO. Prior to Novatel Wireless, he was chairman and CEO of Wireless Knowledge, a company jointly owned by Microsoft and QUALCOMM that enabled Internet devices, including cell phones, to access critical corporate information.
Major has also served in executive positions at QUALCOMM and Motorola. As president of QUALCOMM's Wireless Infrastructure Division, he managed the company's high growth rate and global expansion. While at Motorola, he directed a broad range of research initiatives and oversaw the development of the iDEN system now deployed by Nextel. Major serves on the boards of several companies as well as industry and educational organizations.
