Third Party Data Integration

Air-Trak data easily integrates with existing software solutions and databases via Web services. This extends the power of existing programs and processes while keeping all parts of the business updated with real-time information. The result: operational efficiencies and improved data reliability. For example, your employees can access work orders from the field that get created using existing software and an Air-Trak enabled device. Resulting status information can then be sent back for viewing in the third-party system.

Configurable Update Rates

Depending on the level of service selected, each device is highly customizable. For a problem employee or a driver transporting precious cargo, set the device to provide location and status information frequently. For other employees, set a less frequent rate. In addition to choosing the update rate, each device can have its own alerting thresholds, including speed and hours of operation.

Depending on the type of asset being tracked and the service plan, Air-Trak allows tracked employees and assets to report location information less than once / minute. Similar products on the market only allow reporting as frequently as once every two minutes.

Additionally, phones and vehicles can be configured to report location information when there is a change in direction or when a certain distance is traveled. These additional capabilities allow you to have the most up-to-date real time information for your fleet.

Always On. Always Tracking.

Concerned that an employee may forget to use the application? Don't be. Auto-launch and persistent re-launch are standard phone tracking software features. If an employee turns the phone off, the application will auto-launch when the phone is turned back on. Alternatively, after exiting the application, Air-Trak will auto-restart.

If you have installed the Air-Trak in-vehicle device, the device is always tracking once it is properly installed.
